Training to connect with your inner voice to sweeten your word and be able to express your feelings and thoughts in harmony.

The benefits that can be achieved are overcoming fears of expressing yourself, nerves or anxiety when talking.

This retreats anspires to help people who need to train the speaking, communication and expresion tools.

There are many of us who have this great difficulty.

PLACE: Retreat in nature with a stay in tents at Finca Aiti located in the middle of nature on Monte de Los Brezos. Araya de Candelaria.
